Iran summons Ukrainian diplomat after attack on vessel in Caspian Sea

Iran has summoned Ukraine's senior diplomat after accusing Kyiv of attacking an Iranian commercial vessel in the Caspian Sea. Tehran says one sailor was killed and another injured in the strike, describing the incident as a violation of international law.
