Heavy monsoon rains in Pakistan kill around 100 as Lahore battles rising waters

Vast areas of Pakistan's Punjab state remain underwater, following heavy monsoon rains. Around 100 people have been killed in the flooding. Pakistan's second-largest city Lahore has been particularly hard hit, with authorities urging residents to avoid low-lying areas.
