For 69 days, two brothers disappear into the jungle with a simple idea and a task that becomes more ambitious with every layer of earth they remove. There are no machines, no construction crew and no easy shortcuts, only hand tools, physical endurance and a design that must be discovered while it is being built. What begins beneath an ordinary patch of ground slowly turns into something no passer-by would ever expect to find there. Each stage pushes the project further from shelter and closer to fantasy. This is primitive building driven by imagination rather than necessity, a test of whether two people can transform raw ground into a place made for escape, pleasure and complete withdrawal from the outside world.
