Typhoon Dolphin slams Zhejiang and Shanghai, stranding travellers and residents

Typhoon Dolphin makes landfall on China’s eastern coast with 150 km/h winds, triggering widespread flooding and damage. More than a million people are evacuated from vulnerable areas in Shanghai and Zhejiang. Flights are cancelled, businesses shut and streets inundated.
