Typhoon Dolphin hits east China with heavy rainfall and strong winds

Typhoon Dolphin has made two landfalls along China's east coast, in Zhejiang province: Yuhuan, Taizhou city and Yueqing, Wenzhou city. Zhejiang officials activated a Level-IV national disaster relief emergency alert after the region was severely affected by the powerful storm.
