בעקבות דיווח על רכב שנגנב מאזור תל אביב במהלך הלילה, כוח של יחידת אתג"ר נערך במחסום וביצע מעצר של חשוד (*, תושב שכם) כשהוא נוהג ברכב במהלך השנה האחרונה נרשמה ירידה של כ-24 אחוזים במספר הגניבות של רכבים פרטיים.
