US rejects reports Iran sent $200m to Hezbollah, says group must disarm for Lebanon aid

Hezbollah says it'll give families in Lebanon up to $14,000 if their homes were destroyed or left un-inhabitable in the war with Israel. 1.2 million people were displaced as a result of Israel's aerial offensive and ground invasion of southern Lebanon that began in April. Last week, media reports said Iran provided $200m to help displaced families but speaking to Al Jazeera, the US has questioned if any such money exists. Al Jazeera’s Manuel Rapalo reports from Washington, DC. Subscribe to our channel: bit.ly
