נמלט משוטר, ביצע תאונה ונעצר

נהג טרקטורון הפסול לנהיגה נמלט משוטר, נסע בפראות ונעצר לאחר שהתנגש ברכב - כתב אישום ובקשה למעצרו עד תום ההליכים הוגשו נגדו במהלך פעילות משטרתית הבחין שוטר מיחידת יואב בטרקטורון שנסע בפראות בכניסה לעיר שדרות, חצה רמזור אדום וסיכן באופן ממשי את חייו ואת שלומם של משתמשי הדרך. השוטר החל במרדף אחר רוכב הטרקטורון, במהלכו הרוכב כמעט פגע בשני הולכי רגל, לא נתן זכות קדימה לכלי רכב נוספים ובהמשך התנגש בעוצמה ברכב. מעוצמת ההתנגשות הועף החשוד מהטרקטורון וניסה להימלט מהמקום ברגל, אולם השוטר הצליח לעצור אותו. מבדיקה עלה כי החשוד שוחרר ממעצר יום קודם לכן, לאחר שחתם על כתב ערובה והתחייב לשהות במעצר בית. עוד עלה כי הוא פסול לנהיגה בהתאם להחלטת בית המשפט. לאחר מעצרו, איים החשוד על השוטר באיומים קשים על רקע מעצרו. בתום חקירה מהירה של חוקרי תחנת שדרות, הגישה יחידת תביעות לכיש כתב אישום נגד החשוד, לצד בקשה למעצרו עד תום ההליכים המשפטיים. The rider ran a red light and posed a serious threat to his own life and the safety of other road users. The officer pursued the rider, who nearly struck two pedestrians, failed to yield to other vehicles and eventually collided forcefully with a car. The impact threw the suspect off the ATV. He then attempted to flee on foot but was apprehended by the officer. An investigation revealed that the suspect had been released from custody just one day earlier after signing a bail undertaking and agreeing to remain under house arrest. It was also established that he was disqualified from driving by court order. Following his arrest, the suspect made serious threats against the officer in response to his detention.
