Vote counting is underway in Uganda, where the build-up to elections was marked by a government crackdown on the opposition. The elections were held amid restricted internet access and a heavy police presence. Opposition frontrunner Bobi Wine says the blackout aided what he calls the 'intended rigging' of the election.
