Israel expands ground invasion in Lebanon: Main highway between Beirut and Tyre cut off

The Israeli military has announced it was expanding its ground invasion in Lebanon, warning of a lengthy offensive. Israeli forces have already destroyed bridges they said were used by Hezbollah to cross the Litani River, and now they have cut off the main highway between the capital, Beirut, and Tyre, one of the largest cities in southern Lebanon.
