The Israeli parliament also passed its budget early on Monday, after 13 hours of deliberations including delays by the opposition - and interruptions from sirens. It’s Israel’s largest budget - and includes a big chunk for military and security spending and keeps Netanyahu’s government in power until elections later this year.
