Rubio says Israel-Lebanon talks are a 'historic opportunity'

Israel and Lebanon have begun direct negotiations in Washington, DC. Lebanese authorities are hoping to stop Israeli attacks in their country. But Israeli officials are focused on Hezbollah's disarmament. These are the first high-level meetings of their kind in more than three decades. The last direct engagement between the two countries was in 1993. The talks are being hosted by US Secretary of State Marco Rubio.
