שב"חים נעצרו בתל מונד, אחד חשוד בתכנון פיגוע

בהכוונה מודיעינית של שירות הביטחון הכללי, פעלו בלשי תחנת שדות ולוחמי זרוע היישובים מג"ב מרכז ביישוב תל מונד, למעצר חשודים שלפי החשד בכוונתם היה לבצע פיגוע. עם הגעת הכוחות למתחם בו שהו החשודים, בוצעה סגירה מהירה על המקום. במהלך הפעילות זוהה אחד החשודים כשהוא נמלט, והכוחות פתחו במרדף רגלי אחריו. החשוד נעצר תוך זמן קצר וחשוד נוסף אותר בסמוך, לאחר שניסה להימלט בקפיצה מגג מבנה, נפצע ונעצר. החשוד קיבל טיפול רפואי במקום על ידי גורמי רפואה. בסריקות באתר אותר רכב ובתוכו אפוד והנסיבות נבדקות. שני החשודים, שוהים בלתי חוקיים תושבי חברון, נעצרו והועברו להמשך חקירה. ENGLISH Based on intelligence directed by the Israel Security Agency (Shin Bet), detectives from the Sdot Station and Border Police (MAGAV) fighters from the Central District Settlement Branch operated in the town of Tel Mond to apprehend suspects allegedly planning a terrorist attack. Upon the arrival of forces at the compound where the suspects were located, a rapid cordon was established. During the operation, one suspect was identified attempting to flee, leading forces to initiate a foot chase. The suspect was apprehended shortly thereafter. An additional suspect was located nearby after attempting to escape by jumping from a building's roof, sustaining injuries in the process. He received medical treatment on-site from medical personnel before being taken into custody. During searches of the site, a vehicle containing a tactical vest was located; the circumstances of its presence are currently under investigation.
