Two Indian sailors return home after more than month at Iranian port

Two Indian sailors stranded near an Iranian port for over a month have returned home after a gruelling 15-day journey across Iraq, Armenia and the United Arab Emirates. Their vessel was anchored near Khorramshahr in April when US and Israeli strikes hit the area, leaving them cut off from their families and living in constant danger. An estimated 20,000 maritime workers remain trapped aboard thousands of vessels in the Strait of Hormuz. The sailors, who borrowed money to fund their escape, now face years of debt after also paying middlemen thousands of dollars to secure their jobs initially. Al Jazeera's Michael Appel reports.
