After receiving a veterinarian's opinion on the necessity of removing the puppy for adoption, and failing to find an adopter, Officer Muhammad Ghadir decided to take her into his home until a permanent home could be found. During her time there, a bond formed between the dog, the officer, and his family. Ultimately, the officer decided to adopt her, and the dog has since been living happily with the Ghadir family in her new home.
