סחטו ואיימו על קבלנים - עד שהיל"פ הגיע 🚓

במסגרת המאבק שמוביל מפקד מחוז מרכז, ניצב אמיר כהן, נגד עבירות סחיטת דמי חסות, הוקם כוח משימה מיוחד שנוהל ביחידה המיוחדת ללוחמה בפשיעה (יל״פ) במרחב שפלה, בעקבות מידע לפיו גורמי פשיעה מהדרום מאיימים על קבלנים ומנסים למנוע עבודות תשתית של רכבת ישראל באזור כפר דניאל. במסגרת החקירה הסמויה, שנוהלה תוך הפעלת אמצעים טכנולוגיים ומבצעיים, הצליחו חוקרי היחידה לגבש תשתית ראייתית נגד שני אחים בשנות ה־40 לחייהם, תושבי כסייפה, בחשד שסחטו באיומים קבלנים שפעלו במקום תוך שימוש באיומים ובהפחדה. עם מעבר החקירה לשלב הגלוי, עצרו בלשי היחידה ביחד עם לוחמי יס"מ שפלה את החשודים, ומעצרם הוארך מעת לעת בבית המשפט. כאמור, בתום החקירה ובהתאם לממצאיה, הגישה פרקליטות מחוז מרכז כתב אישום נגד השניים ובקשה למעצרם עד תום ההליכים בגין עבירות של סחיטה באיומים. #משטרה #שוטרים #מעצר #policeaction #israelpolice #organizedcrime #crimeinvestigation #stopcrime #פשעאמיתי #תיעוד ENGLISH As part of the ongoing struggle led by the Central District Commander, Major General Amir Cohen, against protection racket (extortion) offenses, a special task force was established. Managed by the Special Unit for Combating Crime (YALAP) in the Shfela Region, the task force was formed following intelligence indicating that criminal elements from the South were threatening contractors and attempting to disrupt Israel Railways infrastructure work in the Kfar Daniel area. During the undercover investigation, which utilized technological and operational measures, unit investigators successfully established an evidentiary infrastructure against two brothers in their 40s, residents of Kuseife, suspected of extorting contractors operating at the site through threats and intimidation. With the transition of the investigation to its overt phase, unit detectives, along with Shfela YASAM (Special Patrol Unit) fighters, arrested the suspects, and their detention was extended from time to time by the court. Following the conclusion of the investigation and based on its findings, the Central District Attorney's Office filed an indictment today against the two individuals, along with a request for their remand in custody until the end of the legal proceedings, on charges of extortion by threats.
