Ukraine strikes Moscow: Oil refinery and residential buildings hit

Ukraine has targeted Russia with a wave of attacks. Russia's defence ministry says about a thousand drones and four long-range missiles were shot down across the country. Many were targeting Moscow, where a major oil refinery was hit for the second time this week.
