Israel-Lebanon talks in the US: Divisions on ceasefire and Hezbollah disarmament

The US Secretary of State is set to join a meeting in Washington between Israeli and Lebanese ambassadors, but both sides have conflicting goals. Lebanon has demanded a ceasefire before talks begin.
